Salted Maple Cinnamon Cold Brew
Living by Lake Superior certainly has its advantages! The weather is typically cooler than most places. However that doesn’t mean the weather is always cold. Once you are used to this weather, even the low 70’s Fahrenheit can seem warm to hot. So for those of you who like coffee, this may be perfect for you! Cold brew is a great alternative for those that want something cold but not necessarily sparkling water or soda/pop.
So a beverage of choice for many is coffee. Enthusiasts will love it in the hotter months. In the fall anything pumpkin latte fits the bill. While that is fabulous, there are those of us who like to explore different tastes. Since maple syrup is harvested in this neck of the woods, I thought it would be a great option for people to try in their cold brew. To try you hand at making cold brew coffee, please see the receipt below.
Now you can make this into a more “adult” beverage by adding Rum Chata or some other creamy base liquor to your cold brew. Enjoy!
